Cut the peaches in half, removing the pits.
In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, melted butter, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
Brush the cut side of each peach half with the brown sugar mixture.
Place the peaches on the grill, cut side down, and cook for about 3 minutes or until grill marks appear.
Flip the peaches over and continue grilling for an additional 3 minutes or until they are tender and caramelized.
Remove the grilled peaches from the grill and let them cool for a few minutes.
Serve each grilled peach half with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side.
Enjoy the warm, juicy peaches and the cold, creamy ice cream coming together in every bite! Serve 4 people.
In a saucepan, heat the granulated sugar over medium heat until it starts to melt and turn amber in color.
Carefully pour in the heavy cream while whisking constantly to prevent clumps.
Stir in the unsalted butter and salt until everything is well combined and smooth.
Remove the caramel sauce from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
Drizzle the warm caramel sauce over the grilled peaches and ice cream for an indulgent treat. Enjoy!
